Access to and use of this Website and the products and services available through this Website (collectively, the "Services") are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the "Terms of Service"). By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, as may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service.
Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this Website.

Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
(a) Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you.
(b) Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Grand Total'.
Delivery
(a) Timescales
All delivery timescales are Royal Mail & Parcelforce estimations. - www.knockoutclothing.com is not liable if your order has not arrived within Royal Mail & Parcelforce delivery estimations, however please email us at enquiries@knockoutclothing.com if your order has not arrived within the estimations.
Please note www.knockoutclothing.com can not guarantee specific delivery dates and specific delivery times.
(b) Missing, incomplete or damaged orders
If your order arrives incomplete please email us at enquiries@knockoutclothing.com. If you have more than one item on your order, please bear in mind that products may be sent out from multiple locations and so arrive separately. However, if this is not the case and you have not received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you, please email us. If your order arrives and the goods are damaged, again, please email us.
Customs
When ordering products from www.knockoutclothing.com for delivery outside of the EU you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Returns Policy
The Returns Policy is for goods purchased on the Website. Unwanted goods may be returned for a refund, except products that are made to order unless they are faulty in which case we will refund in full. Please return them in their original condition, unused (with their original packaging), with all labels and garment tags (if applicable) still attached within 14 days of receipt of your goods. Please ensure you return the goods to us in their original packaging. Although your statutory rights as a consumer will not be affected, the goods are second hand without the packaging and we may not therefore be able to exchange them voluntarily. You can take the goods out of the packaging to try them out, but don't throw it away and please return it with your goods. Please note that in all cases postage or other return costs will be the customer's responsibility except in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
When returning goods on which you have received a discount or special offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Additionally any free promotional gift issued with an order must also be returned if you are returning those goods.
None of the above terms affect your statutory rights or your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. In the unlikely event of this being the case please return the goods to us.
Returns can be made via Royal Mail or courier. Returns for damaged, faulty or goods received in error will be accepted provided we are notified within the 14 days stipulation set out above.
Please include: PayPal transaction ID or order reference number, the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or a replacement.
To return unsuitable purchase(s) we strongly recommend that you retain your receipt from the Post Office until you have received credit for your return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.

Multiple User Purchase
It may occur, that multiple users will purchase the same item(s), at the same time. In this case, if there is only 1 item(s) left in stock, we reserve the right to sell it to the user whose order appears first in our database. A full refund will be issued to the secondary user(s) if there is not enough of the purhcased item(s) in stock.
Linking to this Website
You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. You must not establish a link from any website that is not owned by you. This Website must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of this Website other than the home page & products in our shop. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
Entire Agreement
The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and www.knockoutclothing.com. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of www.knockoutclothing.com.
Law
The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. www.knockoutclothing.com is a trading name of Knockout Clothing Ltd.
